“99 Murray is nestled on a quiet residential street just a few minutes’ drive from the heart of downtown Binghamton. Making it just secluded enough to offer the peace and quiet of a residential, family neighborhood while also giving you access to Binghamton’s nightlife just a few blocks away. The covered parking came in-handy during some Binghamton snow storms. I was initially worried about Snow Removal but those worries were put to rest on the first snowfall of the season, as there were crews clearing the parking lot and salting the walkways all-day long. I am most impressed by the team’s responsiveness, understanding and follow-through, as well as the maintenance staff’s follow-through and desire to make things safe and enjoyable for their tenants. “I thoroughly enjoyed living at 99 Murray! The apartment itself is spacious, and allows air to circulate well. All of the furniture was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen appliances are up to date. The large TV in the living room makes for a great viewing experience. I loved that the parking lot area protected my car from a couple of serious Binghamton snow-ins. The location of the building is right downtown, a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Ben is a very responsive, thoughtful and attentive owner. We only had a few small issues with the apartment, and they were all immediately resolved when we brought them up to management.
